Female tour guide in Cairo

Female tour guide in Cairo

For single women, groups of women, friends, and families who want to travel with female tour guides, a private tour of Cairo are ideal.

For a variety of reasons, many of my tourists selected female tour guides

Some women preferred a female tour guide because they felt more secure traveling alone, trusted women more, and experienced fewer mental barriers with a fellow woman.

Not only single women preferred female tour guides in Cairo, but also couples and men, because they find women more serious, nicer, and made for a tour guide job.

Some travelers often feel less inclined to wander out and about because they’ll feel lonely or intimidated by the unfamiliar. So one way they avoid that is by signing up with a guide who they share interests with, and will also feel comfortable wandering around with.”

One of the best Tour Guide in our Company is Amany Fahmy

Why you should choose Amany ?

For many Reason

·        Amany interested in educating travelers on how to have a unique experience in Cairo.

·        She always wants to leave the traveler feeling like they’ve become more informed or more educated about the city.”

Solo Female Travelers to Egypt

Are you considering travelling alone to Egypt? The information on how to travel to Egypt alone, including the best places to go, is provided below by Plan Egypt Tours. Learn when to go to Egypt and what to do in each location.

I definitely have some advice for solo female travellers who are thinking about visiting Egypt. Traveling alone to Egypt can be so rewarding! Here is your guide to the thrills and challenges of solo female travel to Egypt.

Dress appropriately. Covering up not only helps you to blend in better – but it also conveys your respect for Egyptian culture.

Plan your day and choose your public transport options accordingly. The best choices in my opinion are using Uber in Egypt or the metro. If you hire a taxi, always sit in the back seat and arrange your ride through a hotel desk when possible or professional company

Think about hiring tour guides at tourist sights.

What is forbidden in Egypt?

The majority-Islamic nature of Egypt is reflected in local laws. Always respect local laws, customs, traditions, and religions, and be mindful of your behavior to avoid offending people of other cultures or faiths.

More importantly, it is against the law to take pictures of Egyptian military or police personnel, structures, or vehicles. Avoid going to mosques when people are praying.

What should you not do in Egypt?

·         Not researching the culture & country before you go.

·         You don't pack culturally appropriate clothing.

·         Not booking your Nile cruise first.

·         Not hiring a guide for certain tourist sites.

·         Travelling without a currency converter app.

·         You forget to tip.

·         Not haggling for shopping and taxis.

Can you wear jeans in Egypt?

You can dress however you normally would for a night out. In Egypt, there isn't really a set clothing code. Egyptian ladies dress similarly to us, including in form-fitting items like skinny jeans and leggings.

Can girls wear shorts in Egypt?

It is not advised for female travellers to ever wear shorts in Egypt outside of beach resort cities. Many visitors who are visiting Egypt for the first time inquire about what to pack.

Best Time to travel to Egypt: September \ April. In particular September \ October and March \ April offer warm but not scorching temperatures.

visit Egypt in Winter

Winter is by far the most popular time to visit Egypt's capital because the days are warm and sunny and the evenings are cool and breezy.

If you're planning a trip between December and February, you can expect lot of tourists.

You'll find the best deals on hotels during the summer.

Winter is the perfect time to take a trip down to Luxor and Aswan, where temperatures soar during summer months, making it almost impossible to wander through the dusty Valley of the Kings. Winter however finds Luxor and Aswan visitors in T-shirts and shorts during the day and a light jacket at night.

Clothing to Pack for Egypt

Pack at least 3 different comfortable, loose-fitting dresses so that you don’t have to worry about finding a laundry service during your holiday.

No matter what time of year you visit Egypt, you’ll want to pack a sweater, just in case. Either for chilly evenings or extra cover, you’re bound to use it during your trip.

Be sure to pack a couple pairs of pants so you don’t freeze when you venture out in the evenings.

Comfortable Tops, Loose-fitting shirts that cover your shoulders and cleavage are best.

Swimsuit and a cover-up if your hotel has a pool

Flip flops for the beach

Gym clothes and shoes.

Weather in Egypt

The climate of Egypt, a country in north-eastern Africa, Egypt is considered to have a hot desert climate. Depending on where you go there will be variations but you can generally expect temperatures in the winter months to range from 23/24 °C (73/75 °F) on average and those can climb well over 36/37 ° in the summer months. The sun can be absolutely sweltering in the summertime so if you visit during this time you will want to be near air conditioning or a pool. But you’ll find that tourist sites are less crowded and prices are generally lower as it is the off-season.  What to wear in Egypt

Alcohol consumption is prohibited outside of bars and restaurants with permits and can result in arrest. Possession, use, or trafficking of illegal narcotics is a serious offence that can result in significant jail sentences (up to 25 years), life in prison, or even the death penalty, even for tiny amounts.
